Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

At DoggyTopia, we want you and your pup to love your purchase.

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect sizing, subject to the conditions below.

Refunds are generally only provided for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND & SIZING EXCHANGES

• Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit.
• Items must be unused, unworn, clean and in resellable condition with original tags and packaging where applicable.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind or sizing exchanges.
• Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the new exchange order qualifies for free shipping thresholds.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

• Opened dog treats or food products
• Opened grooming products
• Opened health & wellness products
• Personalised or custom-made items

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@doggytopia.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, DoggyTopia may offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped or collected by the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.
